Hubbard and O'Brien provide extensive analysis of the financial events of the past few years. 13日遭遇強風巨浪吹襲擱淺彰化彰濱工業區岸際的「聯合36」雜貨輪，今日清晨疑似駕駛艙電線短路突然起火燃燒，所幸消防單位及時到場冒雨搶救，於5時45分順利撲滅火勢，並未造成任何人員傷亡及油污外洩。

航港局表示，今日早上約4時30分獲報發生火災，海巡署中部地區巡防局及彰化縣消防局駐地單位通報及動員人力機具冒雨到場搶救，最終於5時45分順利撲滅火勢。

航港局中部航務中心初步勘查發現駕駛室及船員住艙幾已燒光，機艙內部則無受損，未造成任何人員傷亡及油污外洩等事件。由於該艘雜貨船已於昨日下午完成殘存10噸柴油及約5噸污油水抽除作業，才使得火勢能在最短時間撲滅，但實際起火原因尚待消防鑑識單位調查。

航港局說明，明日將持續召開第3次緊急應變小組會議，針對海事業者提出船體拆解計畫進行研議，並要求船東在未提出擔保前不會同意解除船員離境限制。未來也將督促船東落實計畫及期程確實執行，並作好各項防汙措施。「聯合36」輪發生火災及時撲滅。圖／航港局提供「聯合36」輪發生火災及時撲滅。圖／航港局提供
